1. Who this agreement is with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TuneYourTrade (the "Platform," "we," "us"), operated by [Registered Business Name], a [proprietorship / LLP / Pvt Ltd — legal structure] registered in India. By creating an account or subscribing to the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. What TuneYourTrade is — and isn't

TuneYourTrade provides market data, historical statistics, and data analysis for NSE-listed F&O (Futures & Options) stocks, for educational and informational purposes.

TuneYourTrade is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security. 3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in credential sharing, or attempt to circumvent subscription limits.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Subscription plans, pricing, and included features are as displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment credentials.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout. You will retain access to paid features until your subscription's expiry date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Platform.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the Platform's underlying data or algorithms.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable SEBI/exchange regulations.
• Redistribute data, signals, or content from the Platform to third parties without written permission.

6. Data & third-party services

Market data is sourced from licensed third-party providers and is provided "as is." While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that data is error-free, complete, or delivered without delay. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuneYourTrade and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any data, pattern, or statistic shown on it. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [your city/state].

Risk Disclosure

Not investment advice. TuneYourTrade is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA) or Research Analyst (RA). Nothing shown on this Platform — including any conviction markers, velocity metrics, or other statistic — is a recommendation, solicitation, or advice to buy, sell, or hold any security. It is historical and real-time market data presented for educational and informational purposes only.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any historical statistic, pattern, or backtested outcome shown on the Platform reflects past market behavior only. Markets are inherently unpredictable, and patterns that held true historically may not repeat. No outcome is guaranteed, implied, or promised.

F&O-specific risk. The Platform's data primarily covers Futures & Options instruments, which carry additional risk beyond plain equity trading:

Market data is sourced from licensed third-party providers and, while we aim for accuracy and low latency, data may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect due to factors outside our control. Do not rely on the Platform as your sole source of market information for time-sensitive decisions.

No guarantee of returns. We do not guarantee, promise, or imply any specific rate of return, win rate, or trading outcome from using the Platform. Any statistics shown are descriptive of past data only and must not be interpreted as a guarantee of similar future performance.

Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions. We strongly encourage you to only trade with capital you can afford to lose, consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before making significant investment decisions, understand the specific risks of any instrument before trading it, and use appropriate risk management independent of any data shown here.

Limitation of liability. As above (Section 7), TuneYourTrade and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from trading decisions made using information from this Platform.
